We want you to feel good about your purchase. Every paid license comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — if Yes to Photos isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and we'll give you your money back.

You don't have to pay to evaluate Yes to Photos. The free tier lets you manage up to 5,000 photos with no credit card and no time limit, so you can see how it works on your own library before buying a license.

The paid license

The license is a one-time purchase. If you request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After a refund, your license key is deactivated and the app returns to the free tier.

How to request a refund

Email contact@yestophotos.app from the address you used at checkout (or include your Lemon Squeezy order number). We respond within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days through Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method.

After 30 days

Purchases are generally non-refundable after the 30-day window. That said, if something has gone wrong, write to us and explain — we may grant a refund at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

Fair use

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying, refunding, and re-buying to use the paid tier for free.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged twice or believe a charge is in error, contact us and we'll investigate and refund any duplicate or erroneous charge promptly.
